They are a company with people who really do NOT care about customers despite what they say, behind the scene there is NO support and they are very cheap with products and do NOT HAVE ACCESS TO ANYTHING but a few floor cleaners Literally they have 0 items just look at the website be aware of David Wiener & the other owner Stan as they will lie, cheat be cheap and only do things to cover there behind.. Hope this helps.Go to one of the big boys Grainger, HD, Global...Much better price and options
