I’ve been working at knight global for almost 3 years now and I have to say that in the department I was working in they have done a terrible job on managing. There’s a lot of mis communication (I am not the only employee that has said this to the manager). They like picking favorites when it comes to doing certain jobs (they use me to do their grunt work), and after asking the manager for a raise multiple times in the past 2-3/4 years.
