Timely and quality work. Couldn't tell they worked on the car except that there was a new part under the hood. They originally said they were 2 weeks behind. I was okay with that as we had a workaround for transportation. However, they told us they would try to work us in, and they did!! We had it back in a week!! Great workmanship and customer care. Oh! You couldn’t ask for a better mechanic! I know when I bring my car here it’s being fixed by a professional who cares about his customers and is truly knowledgeable about cars.
I took my 650i to Knight Import and Butch and his team did a great job. I had some pretty major maintenance items done, everything was done correctly and the car drives great. I have always been hesitant taking my cars to anyone other than the dealership, especially higher end ones, but Butch and his team know BMWs well and I am very happy with their service. Not to mention they are about 5 miles from where i live which makes it super convenient. Thanks Butch and team for a great experience!
Butch is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was honest and trustworthy and fair. I, honestly am shocked when I get this kind of service from a car repair shop. You are in good hands at this place!
