I discovered a ding on my car the day after service and the damage that was not there when I dropped it off. When I first called, I mentioned the yellow paint transfer, and the Service Manager even suggested it “might be the lift.” Later, she changed her position and said she reviewed the shop footage and the damage did not happen there. She then implied the damage could only happen if I’d been driving fast, and I explained that if that were true, my entire bumper would’ve been torn off.
