Great dealership, relaxed environment with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Really frustrating experience. My husband had already made a deal, signed paperwork, provided all requested documents and photos, and drove all the way to the dealership on icy roads, just to be turned down when we arrived, with the kids. They were rude, arrogant and disrespectful. If something can’t be finalized, that should be communicated before customers invest their time and effort. Very happy with our new Honda Ridgeline . Well worth the 45 minute drive to save money. Excellent work by Robert (sales) and Trish in finance. Robert listened and took time to understand our wants and needs even though I truly did not think we were going to walk out with a vehicle we are very happy with our purchase. Would highly recommend for any person interested no pressure just honest answers and a deal we feel very happy with.
Cant praise them enough! they re-defined the "going above and beyond" in service, attention, and care for the customer. Trish, Robert, Keegan and team are literal miracle workers. Coming from dealing with SGI, though diligent, they took forever to process the entire insurance paperwork for a totaled car. First and foremost Trish worked nothing short of a miracle finding a way to finance a vehicle that would fit by budget and event got me a lower interest rate than expected!
