I called and set an appointment with the sales agent on duty. Kanji was very helpful, upfront and polite. He was very detail and thorough and made me feel like I could get a home with no problem. His customer service was awesome. No complaints. Thank you!
I recently closed on a Knight Home in McDonough, GA in December 2020. I was very excited about purchasing with Knight Homes because I loved their homes and I was a first time home buyer. Future homebuyer(s), please do your research on builder. Pay heed to the reviews...and believe what you read! Poor workmanship, inside and out. We've purchased homes before, however this was our 1st new construction. We have had more problems with this house than any of the older homes combined. Creaky floors, horrible sewerage like smell in the bathroom, leaking in family room.
