Scam artist. So happy the State of Texas disbarred him
I emailed Frank yesterday and he replied back promptly. He told me that he has quit practicing law. I never had a problem with Frank. He was very slow in responding and always kept you sweating in the court room as he was never on time, but he always represented me well.
This attorney is a scam, scam, scam. He has stolen $1,300 of our money. He has never returned our calls, never filed anything!!!! Every once in a "Aqua Blue Moon" he answered the phone and he would say the same damn thing..."I was just trying to get to your case" We retained his services back on Feb 2014. Here we are now in Sept 2015. It doesn't take almost 2 years for a child support case to go to court. I have reported him the BBB and the Board of Attorney's. He filed NO PAPERWORK which we found out through another lawyer after a 75/25 split regarding a divorce case was finalized. Working on disciplinary action now as this was NOT LEGAL OR ETHICAL. It is cause for malpractice.
