I joined Knight Fitness 9 months ago and haven't looked back. When I started I was incredibly unfit and had no idea how to use any of the equipment. Keri and the team are so patient and help you start from wherever you are, work around any injuries, encourage and push you to succeed. This is a place that wants you to turn up, not one of those gyms that just want your fees. I am getting compliments about how fit I'm getting, and I'm so glad I am on this journey with my Knight Fitness family.
