Joining Knight Fitness has been the best decision and glad to be apart of this community. So 6 weeks in and enjoying the early AM classes, Coaches are awesome, great variety with workouts, knowledgeable, and they will suggest alternatives if you have an injury too. I joined while still getting over a shoulder injury and they were great!! The vibe throughout is next level, the place to be and highly recommend.
I love knowing all I need to do is turn up to the class I have reserved and my Coach will take care of organizing my workout, tayloring it to my own personal circumstances when required. All that's left for me to do is work hard and sweat.
Joined Knight Fitness’ 6 week challenge not really knowing what to expect in the Women’s Classes. 4 weeks in loving it! Weekly coach check ins with Jarrod have kept me on track and feeling supported. Classes that are designed to suit everyone regardless of experience or if you have injuries like I do, Amy has been able to provide me with alternate exercises I can already feel and see a difference and I am looking forward to continuing my journey beyond the challenge!!
Great staff and classes really well structured. Allows for members to train in a fun and safe environment with coaches on hand to provide guidance and advice when needed.
