I reached out to Knight Fire when a pipe broke and we needed emergency repairs. It seems like their home office is in Tumwater, but they have a technician in this Port Angeles area. They were able to dispatch a tech within a few hours and repairs were completed that day. I appreciate their quick response and the willingness to fit us into their schedule. NOT A GOOD EXPERIE NCE! I HAD A FIRE SUPPRESSION LEAKAGE IN A 4-PLEX OF TOWNHOMES ...MY OWNED UNIT HAS THE FDC ROOM DOOR AND VERY SMALL ROOM OUTSIDE MY UNIT. IT WAS 5 DAYS BEFORE A FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM TECH CAME TO INSPECT THE SYSTEM. AND, MY INSURANCE COMPANY CLOSED MY CLAIM BECAUSE THE TECH AND COMPANY DID NOT GET BACK TO THEM TO ANSWER QUESTIONS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO DETERMINE VALIDITY OF THE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE BILL FOR LESS THAN AN HOUR OF WORK.

Been trying for a month to get them on site I've left lots of messages and only had one return call would not recommend them
