For my first visit, I was charged as self pay even though I provided my insurance information and was told that I'd be refunded the difference after insurance paid my claim. I was charged $92 even though they have new patient specials that I asked about for $49, but insurance was supposed to be $40 copay so I figured I'd get the $52 refunded back. My husband and I have been patients at Knight Family Chiropractic for the last 20 months since moving to the area. Dr. Adams and the Anna team have taken fabulous care of both of us. Friendly, knowledgeable, great scheduling (rarely a wait), and they genuinely seem to care and listen to questions or concerns. They can perform x-rays in office, and facilitate physical therapy on-site. We highly recommend this office for complete chiropractic care!
Front desk is highly rude, no real customer service ! Make you pay outta pocket for x ray . .can’t wait to find another chiropractor based on staff .the dr is nice .office is petite

I’ve been to many chiropractor’s over the years!!! Dr Adams is one of the best I’ve seen. His staff was amazing and I look forward to the treatments and healing.
