First time using Knight Engineers Ltd, and I can not fault them. The team installed a new AC unit in our server room. Their process was tight, efficient and thorough. They did a pre-install site visit, checked all access areas, ran through their installation with me and gave contact numbers where necessary. We had a slight problem with a missing part (not their fault), but this was handled with professionalism and speed, with them providing an alternative part so the unit could be completely installed and back up and running... read more
