The worst!!! They came out today to give an estimate. My hot tub wasn't working. It turned out to be an issue with the tub, and not electrical. As they were leaving, I was told I owed $195.00! I told him no one told me that, and if they did, I wouldn't have had them come out. He said they spent an hour here and they have to be paid for that. He proceeds to get angry with me.
