Once a highly trusted dealership for taking our Jeep in for regular maintenance has turned into unnecessary upselling ($1627.47) for items like cabin & air filter(s), which were less than 4 months old. On our last visit, I noticed scratches on the fender, but I didn't mention it. Today's visit included a video of the inspection, showing diagnostic equipment lying on the fenders without any protective fender covers.
