UPDATE: 1 STAR — SAME RATTLE, DIFFERENT DIAGNOSIS I originally left Knight Claremont a five star review because Donovan was helpful working through several repair issues, including factory assistance and warranty work. Unfortunately, based on what has happened since, I can no longer recommend this service department.
