I've had a couple of dealings with Knight Boat docks, frankly, only because the house I bought had an EZ Dock and Knight is the only company that I can find locally. Since they have the monopoly on that market, they really don't have to work very hard on their customer service. Good people want to see other good people succeed! My truck had unfortunately died while at the boat launch and his crew stopped what they were doing to help me get it started! Also while I was at it, I got a quote for a dock at a great price!!! Great group of people and in the future going to be getting a dock installed by them! Amazing work and thank you again!
