Worst Title Company ever!I have bought and sold 7 properties in the last year. My agent picked this title company because they were local and he was friends with them.They never called me. Ever.They did not return phone calls from my lender. We had to have the buyer's agent go to their office to get them to correspond.They sent out the documents late.
