It is my opinion that my dealings with Knight Barry (KB) resulted in $11,610.79 in unexpected expenses. KB handled the title search, closing, and escrow for a property my wife and I purchased. During their title search, KB was informed by the City of Chippewa Falls of an upcoming special assessment on the property.
