Helpful and really nice working with to close on the buying of our new home, they had a bit difficult time as we were paying cash for the house. Who knew that would make it more difficult to close on a home, it would have gone through easier if we had taken out a mortgage of even a small amount.
Nice and friendly when we dealt with them when closing on the home we bought. We had called to get copies for ourselves to be emailed to us their system did not like my Live email though.

This was a great transaction from start to finish. It is so wonderful to have Knight Barry Titles all over the state. Julie Johnson coordinated signing in two separate locations. Sellers signed in LaCrosse and Buyer's signed in Marshfield. A great job was done by everyone at all locations. Thank you Julie for another great transaction.
