The person in charge of our closing was not someone I would like to work again. She never answered her phone and didn't respond to our voicemail messages promptly. We had a closing yesterday. We moved to Chicago and closing was in Milwaukee at 9 am in the morning. It is 5 pm today and we haven't received our check yet. We were told we will receive it by FedEx the next day, which was a lie. They didn't even bother to acknowledge us with an email including a link to FedEx so that we can check. I would have to agree with a few other ratings i have read here. after closing and receiving my tax bill i find they did not pay w delinquent utility bill on time and i have to pay the late penalty. i called and spoke with Victoria and they were not going to do the right thing and fix this all i kept hearing was " we did our due diligence" Poor business practice on their part
