Closing didn’t go well without a hitch. The closer was quick but one of the payout checks went to a changed address which landed in outer space and not to arrive to its destination. When this check was reissued we were charged a fee by the credit card company to use. This company has closing fees for everything and not in the customers best interest. Very disappointing!
