We just closed on our loan here at the Hartland location. None of the employees in the office were wearing a mask - including the title officer who had to sit at the table with us for all the signing. Not to mention the signing room was a tiny ~10x10ft, not ventilated room. I don't care if you believe the pandemic is real, but some people do, so have some courtesy. At this stage in the loan process I was trapped, but I hope the office sees this and changes their ways or others looking for a title company see this and go else... read more
