timothy was a great communicator when it came to being flexible about the deal and numbers EVEN THOUGH HE NEVER SHOWED ME ANYTHING ON PAPER so there wasn't much of a problem there but everything went downhill when it came down to the actual vehicle, we got there at 4:30 because that's what he asked, the car was in the shop and they asked us to come back 1-2 hrs later in which we agreed too because we really needed a car, so we were obviously frustrated to hear that the car isn't actually there but we decided to wait it out s... read more
