The issue with aircon was explained over the phone and asked whether they can refill gas. The mechanic said yes $100 but when I went he diagnosed the issue again, charged $110 for diagnosis itself, quoted $880 for a second hand evaporative cooler. Make sure to ask the price for the whole process including diagnosis before you go. Rip Off.
Booked my car in to have a electrical leak checked. They had the car for several hours to monitor the electrical system and in the end they couldn't find anything wrong. Whilst I was perplexed at not having found what the issue was, they were honest enough not to charge me as they said they didn't really do any work. They said if I wanted to have it checked out again to bring it in to keep it overnight to have a more thorough check. Appreciated the integrity of the people there.
