Unfortunately the girl at the desk was extremely rude. Found out only Knight Archer has the contracts in Humboldt for SGI. Disappointing. I'll drive to Saskatoon before I use them again.
Went to them last year to insure my vehicle. The lady put in the wrong information about my vehicle so my insurance and registration was incorrect. When trying to phone them to correct this (I was now in Saskatoon so going to the office wasn’t an option) the phone just rings and rings and rings. Now a year later I have questions about my package policy and why there is a whole other vehicle listed under my insurance (I only have one so why is there two?), the phone just rings and rings and rings.
