Treated like I was a nuisance. 15 year long customer and dealt with someone who led me to believe he didn't understand English. I patiently explained what I needed to do but go nothing. 15 mins later they in perfect English said I needed a better policy and should spend more ? No attempt to provide service just wanted more of my $. After I purchased my new policy they actually made an effort to "keep me " as a customer.
