They were not knowledgeable - made me pay for something when I walked into the office but could not explain what it was for. Next, when the broker filled out paperwork for me, they used someone else's file and replaced the data with mine, which I thought was extremely unprofessional as I saw the address, full name, policy number etc. of the previous person... Data protection??? Never heard of it... definitely worrisome!
