Curtis and the team here have been nothing but great over the last year. I have been switching my personal insurances as well as my business insurance over to knight archer as they are always kind and willing to help.
Stopped in today to renew my licence, and the whole process was actually enjoyable! I’ve renewed in the city previously, where I was rushed through and left feeling flustered. I went to the Lumsden branch and I was blown away at the service! The staff are friendly, professional and genuinely care about their customers. The office feels open and inviting, and I felt like a friend upon walking through the door. Cannot recommend this location enough!

Went here to have a car taken off auto renewal and almost 2 years later called the actual rep that was suposed to do it as I had been paying ever since n he told me I will have to call SGI myself n deal with his wrong doing myself to regain my $ not very good customer service at all
