Came in store for the first time an I was ignored a left to wait for long time while the worker jst talked on the phone when I am the only customer in the building. Do not come here if you don’t have to
I love dealing with Curtis. He is always friendly and super helpful when I call with questions. He is able to explain things and my options in simple terms so I understand, instead of the technical Insurance gargon. He also does follow-up calls to see if things need to be updated or not. Few places do this anymore and it is greatly appreciated.
