Cyprus Credit Union doesn't care about you or your individual circumstance. Without going into too much detail, I had some job transitioning that resulted in my credit and overdraft account going delinquent. If you need to collect debts from people, they do a great job! They will work hard so you don't have to spend all your time and effort doing it. The complaints I see on here are from the individuals who are delinquent. Pay what you owe, and Knight Adjustments won't need to be involved. They do their job and get paid when they collect, so yes, they want to collect!
I haven't had a great experience with this company. I agree with the review before this about the guy named Andy. He was very helpful and understanding to my situation. I guess he no longer works here anymore and I say good for him but bad for the business. He was obviously to good of a guy to work here. These people are not willing to settle whatsoever!! These guys have no desire to settle debt and I do not understand why companies would use them. They want to your debt to accrue interest. Oh and supposedly, if you make an agreement to pay off an account with one of their account managers, it no longer applies if that account manager no longer works for them. This is for Justin and all the rest at knight adjustment, in the matter of Kathryn huff involving the univ. Of Utah, Credit union. Cease and desist from any other attempts at collection of said persons account. No more phone calls, or letters or e mails in said persons account. We are in the process of filing chapter 7 bankruptcy, I told you this a month ago when you first contacted us.
IF YOU FEEL LIKE YELLING AT SOMEONE. CALL THESE PEOPLE. – I GOT SCREWED IN A BAD DEAL WITH A CAR DEALER. THE FINANCER SENT MY ACCOUNT TO KNIGHTS. THEY WERE SHORT FROM THE START. THE LADY WAS RUDE AND WOULD TALK OVER ME AND NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING I SAID. I SENT A LETTER AND SHE CLAIMS THEY NEVER GOT IT AND REGARDLESS SHE TURNED ME OVER TO THE ATTORNEY. Worst Collection Agency Ever – We called to pay off our debt to them and settle, they were very rude and unprofessional!!! They wouldnt send the courts our settlement letter for 30 days. I went to the courts and they have never heard of it. They told us that it was just incase we backed out they wouldnt do it. IF WE CALLED AND SETTLED WHY WOULD WE BACK OUT OF IT???? REALLY HOW STUPID CAN PEOPLE BE?!?!?!? We got a lawyer to handle ours. I never want to deal with them again!!!!
Terrible Customer Service – Upon receiving a debt collection attempt from this company, I politely called them so as to inquire about a few things. I was put on the phone with a woman named Justine, who has serious communication issues. She refused to listen to or answer any of my questions and kept talking over me the whole time, offering no solutions to ANYTHING! When I asked her about payment plans, she told me when I took out a loan for and had the amount owed to call her back. Totally unprofessional!
KAB does a great Job!! – I have used KAB for years. They are very professional, and extremely thorough in their work. Kudos to them!!
