These guys are the best. Always happy to explain and educate you with any questions you might have, amazing sharpening services, and the best knives in town without a doubt. Cannot recommend enough
Literally always sold out of the affordable knives like it’s so ridiculous. At this point I’m convinced it’s purposely done to upsell
