Took a handful of paring knives in to be sharpened, and was thoroughly satisfied with the results. I came at a busy time; there was some sort of promotion happening, and while the staff member let me know about the deals, he did not push it when I politely said no. The turnaround time on the knife-sharpening was quick, and I no longer feel like I'm fighting with my vegetables when I slice them for supper.
Favorite store of all time. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff and beautiful knives!! If you like knives you need to check this place out

Great experience. Adam and Cole, as well as an Asian gentleman whose name I didn't catch, walked me through my options. I felt no pressure to lean in any particular direction, nor any pressure to buy on the spot. Everyone is very knowledgeable, approachable, and treated me with respect.
Top shelf team of knife specialists! Thanks to Cole, Steven and Adam for their personal culinary skill advice of what knifes would work well for my wife.
