We are first time customers and will definitely be back. In fact we went back the next day to have our old knives sharpened. They are now sharper than they have ever been! The customer service is wonderful and knowledge of their products outstanding. There is no pressure to buy and we were advised on all price points.
I have a couple knifewear items but have yet to be in the actual store. Went in to buy a birthday gift and had an awesome experience. Super awesome staff and the cherry on top was the music. Who wouldn’t wanna listen to the Dead Kennedys while shopping?
