Came in to buy a knife as a gift and the customers service is unmatched! So many cool products and such a fun experience. Happy to spend my money here and highly recommend!
Had a really great first time experience today. I was in the area looking for my first Japanese knife. The clerk slowed me the ropes and talked to me about my choices when I told them I was looking for most likely a Santoku. However, after a suggestion from another clerk, I actually ended up going for a Western style stainless steel deba, ment for cutting through bones. Absolutely great place for high end knives. Friendly staff and they have no issues explaining anything or answering any questions with ZERO pressure.
