I love this store. I have been a customer since January or February of 2011. I have purchased many many knives here. I was never sold on more expensive knives when my budget was quite small. Buying factory made $120 knives or $70 Garage Sale knives., shown and educated on the more talented craftsmen knives even though we all knew I couldn’t afford them. Loved the Calgary Cut Life a Chef class! Well paced and very informative! Left with ingredients for a soup, stir fry, salad and a very cheeky orange! Also took advantage of the store credit, offered as part of the class, to upgrade my knife drawer at home along with a honing rod. A lovely and perfect way to spend two hours on a Saturday morning.
