Bought ~100 knives. 30% were seconds! I complained and was told to pay postage for refunds but the worst part was just the regularity of ‘bad knives’. Whiny CSRs too as they would say stuff like “can’t you just fix it” “a lot of buyers like to do that” “you can make it custom” YEAH well I like to pay for knives that operate correctly the first time out of the box!

I have purchased 100+ knives from KC over the years, and have had only one issue, and that was over a piece of lanyard hardware, the specific details of which I can no longer recall, but it was a labeling issue of which I was sure they were not aware. Apparently the item had been shipped to them by their vendor with an item number that was not in sinc with the color it actually was. I've ordered quite a few knives over the years from knifecenter. Always have great prices, the rewards help too! Their customer service is beyond outstanding. Had a knife come to me with bad belt clip and wanted to Exchange it. Not only was that quick and easy to do, but they inspected what they sent out to make sure I didn't have same problem. Couldn't be happier with them and will always be my go to when ordering anything. If could give 6/5 stars i would.
