Used to be great, then they got big. Go elsewhere. You can do a lot better. I was a customer for decades, then, an idiot there sent my package to the wrong address and refused compensation. You lost a customer that had spent thousands of dollars at your shop, but will never shop there again. Avoid these clowns.

I am a long time customer (since 2001) of Knife Center. I have probably made purchases 35-50 times from this company. I continue to be amazed at the followup of Reps like Raych when there is the slightest hint of a problem. Customer service extraordinaire in this day and age. Great work team!!
Responsive and kind customer service reps. Plural. I dont know where to find a better selection and very rarely is a price higher than retail, sometimes from the actual retailer. I have bought many, many knives from Knife Center, but their selection of other (non-knife) items is underrated! Special thanks to Raych for helping me with a return (no issues, just wasnt my style) and Janie for following up when they didnt need to. Thanks again, yall.
Top notch customer service. I made an order online and needed to make a few adjustments. I called and the person over the phone was professional and courteous. I recieved a reply and resolution the same day. Cheers and i will be coming back again for further business 100%
