If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The experience with Knife and Whisk was so over the top amazing. She was such a pleasure to work with from start to end. The food was amazing. It was for our wedding and rehearsal dinner too. Everyone wanted to know where the food came from as it was so delicious. We had to make copies of her card to hand out. We use Knife and Whisk solely based off reviews and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Honestly, Chef Lori and her entire team were AMAZING! We held a wedding reception, not only was the food out of this world (literally you can tell everything was homemade and it took thought to prepare) Chef Lori and the team timed the entire evening perfectly. They came out with the 2nd round of food (it was an appetizer hour all evening) right when the main event wrapped up and guests were all seated.
