I placed my first order and they sent it UPS. After the tracking information kept changing I spent 3 days trying to get ahold of anyone at UPS. The business isn’t concerned at all with how bad their shipper is. I wanted to cancel the order and the owner told me I would still be charged shipping. Be aware they’re going to mail it through an unreachable company. They acknowledged how bad their shipper company is for being unreachable and shrugged it off.
