I attended a sharpening workshop tonight. Workshop was very ‘hands on’, informative and well conducted. There were 6 of us ‘trainees’ and we all came away with a lot of knowledge, a lovely, very useful Waterstone and the knife that we took to play with is much sharper. A great evening & highly recommended for anyone seeking to learn some sharpening skills.
