You guys sure are milking the Columbia Falls sidewalk job! A month and you haven't even finished two blocks on one street!!
John, who delivered the cement on 10/04/23 is awesome! He went above and beyond to help us with preparing our area for cement because we obviously didn’t know what we were doing like he did. It was not his job to do what he did—we are still blown away by how wonderful he was/is. His stories and Monty python accent was hilarious. We will never forget John and his kindness and how he went the extra mile with us. If he’s a reflection of this company, he makes it look so fabulous! Oh, and our cement patio area looks fantastic!
I contacted Knife River asking if they could pave a new driveway for us 100 miles away from Missoula. Others in the area were done taking new orders for the year. Mike E was prompt in communications and gave me a quote and said he believed they could get it done this year. Several weeks later I got a message they were coming the next day and indeed, they showed up when promised. The pad was already in place so with a few touch-ups to the grading they got underway.
