I called modern concrete late Friday afternoon to inquire about a small order of drainage stone. The sales representative provided a quotation over the phone. I called back to arrange delivery which was set up for Monday morning. At 8:30 Monday morning Dispatch called to let me know that the order was being fulfilled and approximately 9:40 AM the gravel arrived.
