I had my first purchase delivered and immediately understood it wouldn't at all serve my needs...not only did Knife Country address my issue, but promptly finalized my return in great time with great communication...I'll definitely return to shop in the future, as this initial impression impressed me completely....along with great prices and fast shipping, make it a trustworthy retail source for knifes. Knife Country, USA had exactly what I was looking for and at an excellent price. Within minutes of placing my order (after normal business hours), I had a text from Josh - the owner - to confirm that my order was legit since billing & shipping addresses were different. The order shipped the very next day & arrived in great condition. Josh was quick to answer a follow up question for me as well. GREAT experience with this company - highly recommend!!

I placed an order as a gift for a friend. The knife was usually out of stock at a local store. Not only was it in stock, but I was able to have it next day delivery. Even though I placed the order after hours, they contacted me to confirm the order (because I was shipping to a different address). I REALLY appreciate the extra care and personal attention!
