We had a fender bender in our 24 R1T and Kniesel's was recommended to us for the best care. We were blown away by the communication and quality of work done, not to mention the insurance relations. Great customer service, communication and had my car in and out quickly.
Easy to get appointment, Workmanship is OK, Quality at finish needs improvement, Too many trips to get vehicle. Still needs to go back get it corrected.
