We took our 2011 Honda Pilot in for repair. John was simply amazing, he called us multiple times with status updates and handled all of the contact with our insurance company. We picked up the car yesterday and it looks perfect, like it was never in an accident!! I am beyond impressed with both their customer service and quality of work. I had an accident, and not only does my car look perfect, but they stayed in constant communication, send me progress reports, but handed my car back to me with a huge smile and "welcome to our family, you have a lifetime warranty on our work, we are here for you forever"!
