I had bad experience with Kniesel's Collision on Del paso rd. I brought car in for repair, Joseph-supose to b account manager- told it takes 5 days to repair, I bought car in, now he said 4 weeks to repair. I had to lay out extra $2,000 for rental car. Never bring your car in this place
I having bad experience with Kniesel's Collision on Del poso Rd. We brought the car to fix the damage, Joseph, Account manager said it will take 5 days to be done & gave me date on 7/23/2021 was on Friday. I had to get a rent, figured its better bring in Monday, so brought car in 8/2/2021 Monday. I called in Wendsday, want to make sure Friday will be done. Joseph said they have to keep other 3 WEEEKS... & I got email from my car dealer that Kniesel ordered parts 3 Days after I brought the car in. HOW BAD IS THAT???? & I hav... read more
