Let me start by saying I'm not connected to Kniesel's in any way. I was not asked to leave this review and am leaving it because I wanted to. My college-aged son received an estimate this week @ Kniesel's-Carmichael and they have been very professional and courteous. I would like to pay a compliment to their employee MERCEDES. Kneisel’s did such a professional job on my complicated collision repair. Phil contacted me with all updates and made sure I was in the loop. Excellent service and work.
Very excellent service vehicle is back to perfect condition after being rear ended. Highly recommend.
Great experience. After a fender bender Allstate recommended Kniesel’s to repair my car. They walked me through the whole process. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had my car back the same day looking brand new. Shout out to Phil Tarin who was awesome and the rest of their staff.
