Decent Work, But Communication and Pricing Left a Bad Taste I'll give them this much: the brake repair on my 2001 Ford Ranger was solid. They did good work getting me stopping again, and their assessment of the other deferred repairs the truck needs was thorough and informative. But two major issues bring this down.
