I had a terrible experience here. I explained the issues I was having with my car, sounded like something that had to do with an engine mount or transmission issue, (shifting rough in and out of 2nd gear) I asked them to please diagnose the issue and instead they ran my Ob2 sensor. Trustworthy mechanics. We received 10/10 service at this AAA for our Ford Edge, they communicated with us during the whole process and had answers for any questions we had. Robert and the team at this AAA are excellent and we will be taking all of our cars here for service in the future.
My forever repair shop. Very happy,,Car is running great. They sent photos of work needed, explained procedures and gave recommendations for future maintenance due to mileage and age of vehicle. Staff were very helpful, friendly,honest and even arranged rides home. Robert and Mike are awesome
