Repeat customer! I wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else! HUGE plus that Enterprise is right next door, connected even. Made the transition of dropping off my car and getting into a rental very smooth. Great customer service, super friendly staff, and very good communication.
So disappointed and not just with the bad news about my car. The lobby is heavily scented so much that my asthma forced me to sit outside, customers complaining about the service to manager in lobby and the interaction with the man who did my damage estimate was it for me. I went someplace else and had a completely different in ALL aspects experience.
Fast and friendly service! I definitely will bring all my repairs to them. Thanks Jeff!
