The Knickerbocker Team is superb.... I called in a panic over a Pool Cover that came out of the track... Called David (Sales Mgr) at 8:30 at night and explained to me they would have a team over first thing in morning to handle this situation caused by myself. within 1 hour Austin Knickerbocker and Dave Kramer called and stated all back together....Now that is what I call Service!!!!
