Just purchased my first hot tub and the experience was terrific. Now our family enjoys evening disks under the stars.
We have owned a Knickerbocker pool and have had nothing but problems with the service department staff. The pool itself is fine, and the men who have come to service our pool have been nice. However, the quality of service is poor. We had our liner replaced and in our small pool, it has 5 sections. It's all you see when you look at our pool and they refused to address it.
