I had just had my vehicle into Knibbe for an oil change and inspection. Then when leaving for a long road trip, my vehicle started chugging. I brought my fully packed vehicle into Knibbe and explained that I was on my way out of town. After initially being turned away because they were way too busy to look at it for several days, about to close for the day, (and treated as an inconvenience), Peter stepped in and saved the day.
