Will never go back to this shop 2 days to get a quote and i had to call to them to get it they say parts aren't available till sept but they only deal with the dealership in town I called got the parts from calgary and now have to take a day off work and fix my car my self with bad arthritis in my hands cause they cant figure out how to use a phone. Needed the car fixed for a road trip on Monday
Really great service and the pricing was lower than a local competitor.
They were to perform a balance & alignment. They stated could not do alignment because my control arm was cracked & they quoted me at a rediculus cost. I went to my regular mechanic which he showed me that my control arm was completely fine. Zero cracks. I went elsewhere to get my alignment completed. Sad that there's auto shops that still treat women as if they just don't know anything about cars & have interest for financial gain instead of actually doing honest business. This business fits that shoe.
Really appreciated Randy and the Team for not only their fantastic customer service but the fact they treated me with respect and went through things with me step by step - they never once made me feel anything negative for not knowing something mechanical wise.
