My visit today was a complete waste of time. They couldn't even perform a simple eye exam properly. The staff seemed quite incompetent, which is unacceptable when dealing with something as important as your vision. I ended up paying without even understanding what I was charged for. I went to another clinic the same day and had the exact same tests done by true professionals. Save your time and go elsewhere.
Saw Dr. Kristy Dyrka today and she was excellent, I will absolutely go back. She was patient with my questions, through, and very knowledgeable.
I would like to take the time to say kudos to you Inez and your entire crew for taking care of the issue I had with my eyeglass frames. Your service is much appreciated. I’ve been going to the same optometrist for over 30 years and honestly your customer service is 5+ plus rated that was absolutely handled so well I know it took a little bit of time but in the end The issue was resolved completely thank you. Once again I would recommend anybody to go to this business. You will be treated royally.
I purchased a pair of eye glass frames and when I got home and looking closer there was a noticeable factory defect in the bridge . When I went to pick up my second pair I showed my optometrist and he assured me that a new frame would be ordered and they will replace the frame. I’ve made three attempts to contact and have never received a follow up call and not received a replacement. Terrible customer service .
