Horrible experience, unprofessional, rude personnel. High price for a pair of glasses that are constantly falling apart. Every other week I need to go at the office to repair my glasses. Horrible experience! zero star

I'm writing this on behalf of my aunt, who visited earlier this week. We had the pleasure of meeting Sarah—she was warm, funny, and incredibly helpful. It was our first time at this office, and she made the entire exam experience comfortable and enjoyable. I truly wish more doctors' offices operated with this level of care and friendliness. We'll definitely be back!

The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, which makes a great first impression. Dr. Drca was incredibly kind and patient while listening to my concerns. She takes the time to explain things thoroughly and clearly without ever making you feel rushed or intimidated which is something that can be rare to find in the medical field. She has a very down-to-earth way of connecting with patients, and that kind of genuine care is all you could hope for in a healthcare provider.

1) the sign on the door says new patients but they are not accepting new patients 2) my glasses could use a quick dip in the hot sand so I can adjust them. I explained to the front desk and they were unwilling to help. This is the first optometrist that has not done this for me. 3) The person in charge of the front desk shouldn't be in customer service.
