1) the sign on the door says new patients but they are not accepting new patients 2) my glasses could use a quick dip in the hot sand so I can adjust them. I explained to the front desk and they were unwilling to help. This is the first optometrist that has not done this for me. 3) The person in charge of the front desk shouldn't be in customer service. Dave Sippala is excellent!
The staff and service is absolutely amazing!!! They even bring in frames for me that I’ve spotted elsewhere. I moved to Niagara Falls last year, but I will remain faithful to Dr, Sippala and the staff there. Thank you for your years of taking care of me.
