I had dr Sippola since I was 18. I couldn’t get an appt. I asked Janet The secretary, if she had other offices in Windsor. She says I don’t know Google it . Well there was one in Tecumseh, I made an appointment there then I had to go back to put drops in. I got a driver to bring me in. I was 10 minutes late. They cancelled my appointment and said if I go back, I have to pay $50. I’m disabled I have als. Took my worker dress me and get out door. Tremendous amount of effort. I had a great experience here with Dr Hillier. I hadn't been to the eye doctor in over 20 years and she was very kind and very professional. Christa was very patient and helpful when i was picking out my frames, which came in so quickly. The service here was exceptional.

I have been coming to Kniaziew Optometry since it switched over from Dr. Hupka’s office years ago. I have always received friendly, professional treatment from every member of the staff. They are also great with my young children. At a recent routine eye exam, Dr Baker found some concerning signs and referred me to a specialist immediately.
